Professional Electrical Services in Plymouth, MA

"We recently had Steve Miller and his team do some electrical work at our home, and I can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience. From the beginning, Steve was extremely transparent and took the time to explain everything clearly. There were no surprises, and I always felt like I understood exactly what was being done and why. That level of communication and honesty goes a long way. Kevin and Sam were equally impressive. Both were extremely professional, polite, well mannered, and very well spoken. They treated our home with respect, communicated with us throughout the day, and were simply a pleasure to have in our home. I am very client facing in my own career, so I tend to pay close attention to the customer experience and to how employees represent the company they work for. Kevin and Sam represented Steve and his business exceptionally well, and I think that says a lot about the company Steve has built. The quality of the work was excellent, but what stood out just as much was the professionalism, communication, and respect shown throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Steve Miller and his team and will absolutely use them again in the future."
