He followed up with a rep from Granite City to confirm his plan and give us a second opportunity for questions about the plan and process. The parts were ordered on Friday and installation started Monday and they were finished by Wednesday. Additionally, he cares about how I would feel about the look of the final install so he hid what he could and aligned things so it looked best.
