“We are thrilled with our whole home Heat Pumps and mini-splits. Steve and Sam were nothing short of amazing. Steve responded quickly to my initial inquiry. He followed up with a rep from Granite City to confirm his plan and give us a second opportunity for questions about the plan and process. The parts were ordered on Friday and installation started Monday and they were finished by Wednesday. Additionally, he cares about how I would feel about the look of the final install so he hid what he could and aligned things so it looked best. Even running lines through the basement to keep both condensers on one side of the house. He did what he would have done for himself, not just what was easiest. They were friendly and professional. They kept going in spite of the heat and humidity. They showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They communicated throughout the process what to expect.
